¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 27th day of February 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Response to State's Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Melvin Hardy) shall have up to and including the 1st day of March 2006 to file and serve his/her response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 28th day of February 2006."
