¶2 In response to the plaintiff’s petition, a rehearing was ordered and the case was reargued. After such reargument and reconsideration of the record and the foregoing opinion, the court is constrained to the view that the disposition of the appeal according to the original opinion is correct, and it therefore adheres to such opinion.
