¶1OPINION ON PETITION TO REHEAR
¶2The complainants-appellants have filed a respectful petition to rehear, but such petition is merely a re-argument of the same matters which were considered by the Court in its original opinion.
¶3No new argument is made, no additional authority cited and no new fact is pointed out as having been overlooked.
¶4Therefore, the petition to rehear is respectfully denied.
