¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 9th day of March 2006 by Petitioner for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Petitioner (Randy Lynn Atkins) shall have up to and including the 25th day of April 2006 to file and serve his Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 10th day of March 2006."
