¶1*111AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Yelder, 630 So.2d 107 (1992), the judgment is reversed and the case remanded to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
