¶1The lower court’s order denying Jackson’s motion for post-conviction relief is affirmed without prejudice to Jackson’s right to seek post-conviction relief in compliance with Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Poole v. State, 600 So.2d 573 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992); Daniels v. State, 450 So.2d 601 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984).
