¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 28th day of April 2006 by Plaintiff for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (Van Reypen Associates, Inc.) shall have up to and including the 7th day of June 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 1st day of May 2006."
