¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 2nd day of May 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (NCDHHS) shall have up to and including the 10th day of June 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 4th day of May 2006."
