¶1Denied. Consideration of the issues raised by the application is deferred pending the remand to the trial court for a hearing to determine whether or not there is a compelling and overriding interest in the public disclosure of the information in question. In re Ridenhour, 520 So.2d 372 (La.1988). In the event of an adverse decision at this hearing, defendant may reapply for appellate review.
