VICTORY, Judge,

¶1dissenting.

¶2On this record, which contains only poorly worded “stipulations” of the assistant district attorney and defense counsel with regard to defendant’s postsentence motions, and no sworn testimony from the attorneys or the defendant, I would affirm the trial court’s rulings, including the sentences imposed. The defendant has an adequate remedy by postconviction relief.
