¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 8th day of June 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to Serve and file Proposed Record on Appeal:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Christopher Edward Goss) shall have up to and including the 24th day of July 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 9th day of June 2006."
