¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 9th day of June 2006 by Defendant to Extend Time to Investigate and Prepare Transcript:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Court reporter shall have up to and including the 27th day of July 2006 to investigate and prepare transcript.
