¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 19th day of May 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Errol Duke Moses) shall have up to and including the *9529th day of June 2006 to file and serve his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 22nd day of May 2006."
