¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 29th day of June 2006 by Respondent Intervenor Appellees for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Respondent (Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital and AMISUB of North Carolina, Inc.) shall have up to and including the 7th day of August 2006 to file and serve their brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 5th day of July 2006."
