¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 10th day of July 2006 by Petitioner (Guilford County DSS) for Extension of Time to File New Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Petitioner (Guilford County DSS) shall have up to and including the 24th day of August 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 12th day of July 2006."
