¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 26th day of July 2006 by Defendant to Extend Time to Investigate and Prepare Transcript:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Court reporter shall have up to and including the 7th day of September 2006 to investigate and prepare transcript. By order of the Court in conference this the 27th day of July 2006."
