¶1The following order has been entered on the consent motion filed on the 27th day of July 2006 by Respondent and Respondent Intervenors for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Respondent and Respondent Intervenors shall have up to and including the 15th day of August 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 31st day of July 2006."
