¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 30th day of June 2006 by Attorney General for extension of time to respond to petition:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 17th day of July 2006 to respond to Petition for Writ of Certiorari. By order of the Court in conference this the 30th day of June 2006."
