¶1We have for review State v. Hennis, 619 So.2d 309 (Fla. 4th DCA 1993), which certified the same questions we have answered in Carino v. State, 635 So.2d 9 (Fla.1994). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const. Based on Carino, the decision below is approved.
