¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 21st day of August 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Paul Brown) shall have up to and including the 11th day of November 2006 to file and his petition for writ of certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 23rd day of August 2006."
