¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 1st day of September 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Everett) shall have up to and including the 6th day of October 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 5th day of September 2006."
