¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 19th day of September 2006 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (State of NC) shall have up to and including the 1st day of November 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 22nd day of September 2006."
