¶1We review Hyder v. State, 630 So.2d 1137 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993), in which the court certified a question of great public importance. Art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const.
¶2On the authority of Roesch v. State, 633 So.2d 1 (Fla.1993), in which the same certified question was answered, we approve the decision of the district court of appeal.
