¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 12th day of October 2006 by Petitioner for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Petitioner (Carillon Assistant Living) shall have up to and including the 6th day of November 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 16th day of October 2006."
