¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 30th day of October 2006 by Defendant for Extension of Time to file Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2*548"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Richardson) shall have up to and including the 28th day of December 2006 to file and serve his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 1st day of November 2006."
