Lee v. State

¶1We affirm the order of the trial court granting in part and denying in part the relief appellant sought in his unsworn motion filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). This is without prejudice to appellant raising his claim of breach of the plea agreement in a properly sworn motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
