¶1In re Smith, Walter; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Orleans Parish Juvenile Court, Div. “C”, No. 3329481; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 94CW-0376.

¶2Granted. It appears from relator’s application that his motions for expungement have been filed in the juvenile court. Accordingly, the case is remanded to the court of appeal to rule on the merits of relator’s writ of mandamus.
