¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 30th day of November 2006 by Plaintiff for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (Estate of Melvin Nelson) shall have up to and including the 15th day of January, 2007 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 1st day of December 2006."
