¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 8th day of December 2006 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File Response in Opposition to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 17th day of January 2007 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 12th day of December 2006."
