¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Lacy, 639 So.2d 951 (Ala.1993), the trial court’s judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court and that court is ordered to grant the appellant a new trial.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
