THOMPSON, Presiding Judge,

¶1concurring specially.

¶2I concur with the main opinion; however, I write specially to point out that the concerns regarding the changes in the jurisdiction of the juvenile courts expressed in my special writing in Ex parte T.C., 63 So.3d 627, 631 (Ala.Civ.App.2010) (Thompson, P.J., concurring in part and concurring in the result), are applicable in this case as well.
