¶1Burglary is the offense; penalty'assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
¶2The record is before us without statement of facts and bills of exception.
¶3No fault or irregularity has been pointed out or perceived which would require discussion or authorize a reversal.
¶4The judgment is affirmed.
