¶1We affirm Stevens’ conviction and sentence; however, we remand to the trial court to modify the conditions of probation by deleting the special condition relating to alcohol and by amending the employment condition to read that Stevens will seek gainful employment.
¶2AFFIRMED and REMANDED for modification.
