¶1AFTER REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2As directed by the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Childers, 640 So.2d 16 (Ala.1994), the appellant’s conviction is reversed and this cause is remanded for new trial.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
