¶1We grant petitioner’s writ of habeas corpus to file a belated appeal. See Wise v. State, 631 So.2d 1136 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994). Petitioner shall have 30 days from the date of this opinion to file a notice of appeal of the order denying relief pursuant to rule 3.800(a).
