¶1OPINION ON PETITION TO REHEAR

¶2A petition to rehear has been timely filed in this cause, T.R.A.P. 39.

¶3The appellant is aggrieved by our treatment of his issues as to the indictment, the search, and suspension of sentence in our opinion affirming his conviction.

¶4His petition and request for oral argument, T.R.A.P. 39(d), have been considered. The petition is denied.
