WATSON, J.,

¶3concurs, believing the evidence is admissible in part under the general rules of evidence but not as Prieur evidence.

LEMMON, J.,

¶4dissents in part. Evidence of automobile insurance fraud is not relevant for any independent purpose in the murder case. Although the murder was allegedly committed to collect insurance, the fact of a prior fraudulent insurance claim does. not tend to prove any element of the murder case, but is highly prejudicial.
