PER CURIAM.

¶1Granted. Because the trial court reconsidered its original sentence on remand and imposed the same sentence, a motion to reconsider the second identical sentence was not necessary.

¶2The ease is remanded to the court of appeal to consider and decide the merits of relator’s appeal.
