When a forecast is inaccurate, request assistance from the appropriate WSO or WSFO.... 168. Conduct Of Preflight Briefing a. The object of a preflight briefing is to communicate to a pilot meterological and aeronautical information necessary for the conduct of a safe and efficient flight.
