¶1William N. Lindsey appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The State concedes that the sentencing order must be corrected to delete the fine of $250,-000 and substitute the fine contained in the plea agreement. We find no other error.
¶2Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded for correction of the sentencing order.
