¶1Appellant contends and appellee concedes that the trial court erred in revoking appellant’s probation and in committing appellant indefinitely to the probation and restitution center.
¶2Accordingly, we reverse and remand with direction to determine if appellant has paid the balance of restitution owed, his discharge from probation being dependent upon his fulfilling that obligation.
