Brown v. Fogan

¶1We grant the petition for mandamus and order the trial judge to rule on petitioner’s 3.850 motion within thirty (30)- days of the date of this order. Although we grant the petition, we withhold the actual issuance of the writ, trusting that is unnecessary in light of this ruling, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
