¶1Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered September 30, 1977, unanimously affirmed, without costs or disbursements. It appears to us the arrangement providing for custody and visitation, as reinforced in open court at the trial hereof by stipulation providing for support, complies with the provision for conversion divorce (Domestic Relations Law, § 170, subd [6]).
