People v. Parks

¶1I concur, with the reservation however that the question as to whether the testimony of Officer Joseph H. Smith, relating to the telephone conversations, is hearsay, is not decided. The question was not raised on appeal, nor was there any objection to the introduction of such evidence at the trial.
