¶1(concurring specially).

¶2The sole issue presented is whether or not cockfighting comes within the provisions of § 40-4-3, N.M.S.A.1953. Whether cockfighting is to be considered an honorable sport is a question not necessary for us to decide.

¶3I concur in the result.
