¶1The order dismissing appellant’s false imprisonment complaint is affirmed, without prejudice to appellant’s right to file, based on Bell v. State, 360 So.2d 6 (Fla. 2d DCA 1978), cert. denied, 372 So.2d 445 (Fla.1979), a motion to correct illegal sentence, pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a), or a habeas corpus petition in the appropriate court.
