¶1The state having conceded error in the sentences rendered in the trial court, they are hereby set aside and vacated and the matter is returned to the trial court for sentencing in accordance with the law and *232sentencing guidelines applicable to the defendant’s convictions.
¶2Reversed and remanded with directions.
