PER CURIAM.

¶1The court agrees with Disciplinary Board’s finding that petitioner, Robert Peter Aulston, III, has satisfied the criteria set forth in Rule 19, § 24(E) for Reinstatement and Readmission to the Bar, and adopts the Disciplinary Board’s recommendation.

¶2Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be and he is hereby readmitted to the practice of law, subject to the conditions recommended by the Disciplinary Board.
