¶1We grant the petition for writ of Habeas Corpus for leave to seek a belated appeal of the denial of Russell’s 3.800 motion to correct his sentence, review the order on its merits *449pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(g) and affirm.
