¶2I concur in the affirmance of appellant’s conviction and sentence because the only issue raised by the appellant’s counsel was whether the trial court erred in imposing restitution without considering the defendant’s financial resources. Based upon the appellant’s failure to object to the restitution at trial, he waived his right to challenge it on appeal. Thus, affirmance on this issue is appropriate.
